    Product Description

    FR-AHP02S is a novel halogen-free phosphorus-silicon flame retardant with exceptional anti-exudation and anti-corrosion properties. It delivers superior flame retardancy and excellent compatibility with polymer substrates. Compared to traditional phosphorus, phosphorus-silicon, or phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants, it requires lower loading levels, resulting in improved appearance (no exudation or mold corrosion).


    Nylon products modified with this flame retardant system exhibit outstanding insulation properties, excellent color stability, and no exudation during injection molding, ensuring broader application scenarios for flame-retardant materials.

    ● In PA6, PA66/30GF systems, adding 13–14% achieves UL94 V-0 at 1.6mm thickness, with notched impact strength exceeding 12 kJ/m².

    2. Low Exudation & Improved Appearance:

    Proprietary surface treatment and enhanced thermal stability minimize flow marks and mold deposits.

    Passes 7-day 85℃/85% RH test with no observable exudation.

    3. High CTI & Color Stability:

    Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) reaches 600V.

    Maintains high whiteness (≥90) for white products, significantly reducing graying during prolonged injection molding.
