Product Description
FR-AMP750 is a novel halogen-free phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant developed to address exudation issues and enhance glow-wire performance. It exhibits excellent flame retardancy, compatibility with polymer substrates, and superior characteristics compared to traditional phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants, including lower loading levels, reduced exudation, improved appearance, and high glow-wire resistance.
Flame-retardant nylon products treated with FR-AMP750 maintain high whiteness and transparency, enabling diverse color solutions and broader application scenarios.

Applications
1. High Efficiency & Mechanical Performance:
● In PA6, PA66/30GF systems, adding 14–15% achieves UL94 V-0 at 1.6mm thickness, with notched impact strength exceeding 12 kJ/m²—1 phr less than traditional phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardants.
2. Low Exudation & Improved Appearance:
● Proprietary surface treatment and enhanced thermal stability minimize gas generation, reducing flow marks and mold deposits.
● Exudation is 40–50% lower than traditional phosphorus-nitrogen systems under high-temperature/humidity testing.
3. Enhanced Glow-Wire Resistance:
● In PA6/30GF systems, adding 16% FR-AMP750 achieves no ignition at 775℃* in glow-wire testing.
4. High CTI & Color Stability:
● Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) reaches 600V.
● Maintains whiteness ≥90 for white products, significantly reducing graying during prolonged injection molding.
