Product Description
CS FR PP 210 is a compounded halogen-free intumescent flame retardant containing macromolecular phosphorus-nitrogen structure. It fully complies with EU ROHS environmental protection directives and relevant domestic policies and regulations on halogen-free, low-smoke and green environmental protection of flame retardant materials.
It is applied to polypropylene (PP) with 23~30% and can achieve 1.6mm V0, talc and fiber glass can also add in the system. Compared with Br-Sb flame retardant, FR PP 210 has extremely cost effectiveness, and nice to the equipments.

● If stored too long, or become damp. Dry at 80-110℃ for 2-4 hours, and the products can be used.

● Main temperature: 160~190 centi degree
● Main engine speed: 240~360 rpm
Test results:
● Formulation 1 can pass UL94 V0(3.2mm);
● Formulation 2 can pass UL94 V0(1.6 mm)
● Formulation 3 can pass UL 94 V0 (0.8mm)
Suggestions and Tips
● Talcum powder, Calcium carbonate and other inorganic fillers will reduce the flame retardant efficiency.
● This flame retardant is specially developed for PP, can also applied in PE and EPDM.
● When in the processing, choose the right screws and processing temperature. (suggested temperature is: 170~190 centi degree)
