Product Description
Our Halogen Synergist (FR-0520) is a patented product independently developed by our company. It is composed of eco-friendly organic and inorganic materials chemically modified to enhance performance. This product exhibits excellent synergistic effects with halogen-based flame retardants. It has passed SGS testing for heavy metals and complies with international environmental regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
FR-0520 can fully replace antimony trioxide (Sb₂O₃) at a 1:1 ratio in most plastics, including PA, PBT, ABS, HiPS, PS, PVC, PP, PE, and EVA, while delivering comparable flame-retardant synergism. Additionally, it offers superior smoke suppression and effectively reduces high-temperature molten dripping during combustion.
